David Muir was born in the United States and is a famous American journalist. The ABC News show World News Tonight, with David Muir has been a hit for many years. Alongside that it is his co-anchorship of ABC News magazine 20/20. His show with its dramatic clips of celebrity gossip on video and his animated gestures has been voted the top news show in America. He is also known for his Emmy-nominated program Made In America. Prior to taking over ABC World News Tonight he was the main substitute anchor for the anchor who was his predecessor Diane Sawyer. In the past he's covered a variety of ABC News primetime specials including Breaking Point Heroin in America. His journeys took him to the far regions of the globe including Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti the Gulf of Mexico and much more. He was awarded numerous Emmy Awards Edward R.
